I. Placing an order – Delivery

1. Procedure:

• Receive the order.
• Check and process the order based on the type and quantity of goods specified in the contract.
• Confirm the order and inform the customer of the delivery progress.
• Plan the production according to the delivery schedule.
• Pack and handle the goods carefully to prevent any damage during transportation.
• Contact the customer to confirm the delivery location and time.
• Use specialized and flexible transportation methods based on different locations.
• The customer receives the goods at the agreed-upon location.

2. Cost:

• The delivery cost depends on the value of the order and the delivery location. During the product transaction, Tien Dat staff will confirm the delivery cost with the customer, and it will be clearly stated in the sales contract.

3. After-sales service:

• For large orders with reasonable distances, the company offers free transportation for customers. Please contact our hotline to receive promotional discounts on transportation fees.

II. Implementation Time

• The production and delivery process will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The delivery time depends on the arrangement between the customer and Tien Dat to determine the most convenient timing.
