Usually, the raw materials used in the aluminum extrusion process are imported in the form of ingots, an aluminum alloy combined with other elements such as manganese, magnesium, silicon, copper, tin and many others. Among these, 6063 T5 aluminum alloy is the most preferred by Tien Dat Aluminum for the production of aluminum profiles, followed by 6005 T5 aluminum alloy.

 

After selecting the aluminum billet, the metal component quality is evaluated. Only when the aluminum billet meets the quality requirements can it be used in the production process.
