Currently, Tien Dat is developing three brands: TDA, XTDA and Gernium, in order to dominate the domestic market and expand exports, to meet the diverse needs of consumers.
The source of input materials plays an important role in deciding the quality of the product. Therefore, Tien Dat Aluminum always uses aluminum ingots imported from Australia and Canada, with aluminum content up to 99.81%. Before being put into production, aluminum alloy 6005, 6061, 6063 is rigorously tested and analyzed for metal composition.
Currently, Tien Dat is operating five aluminum extrusion lines, with capacity of 1100 UST and 1880 UST, and monthly output is about 2000 tons.
In addition, Tien Dat's metallurgical furnace covers an area of 1000m² and has a large operating capacity. The temperature in the furnace is maintained at a constant level, ensuring that the production process is carried out efficiently.
Our production systems are checked and maintained monthly according to strict standards, to ensure quality and safety during operation.
